Privacy policy

PassVerdict does not sell your data, does not build advertising profiles, and does not require an account to use. This page explains what information is collected when you visit this site and how it is used.

Information we collect

PassVerdict is a static site. We do not operate a database of user accounts, do not collect form submissions beyond contact enquiries, and do not store personally identifiable information on our servers.

When you visit this site, standard server and analytics logs may record your IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, and time of visit. This data is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used and to diagnose technical issues. It is not used to identify individuals.

Analytics

This site uses analytics software to understand traffic patterns — which pages are visited, how long visitors stay, and how they arrive. Analytics data is collected in aggregate and is not linked to individual identities. No advertising profiles are built from this data.

Cookies

PassVerdict itself does not set tracking cookies. Third-party services embedded on this site — including affiliate booking platforms and, when active, display advertising networks — may set their own cookies when you interact with their content. These cookies are governed by each third party's own privacy policy, not this one.

Affiliate links use click-tracking to attribute commissions. When you click an affiliate link, the destination platform may record that you arrived via PassVerdict. No personal data beyond the click event is shared with us by these platforms.

Third-party services

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process request data as part of its content delivery and security infrastructure. Their privacy policy is available at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy .

When PassVerdict introduces display advertising, this section will be updated to name the ad network and link to its data practices. Affiliate programme data practices are governed by the respective programme operators.

Contact enquiries

If you contact us by email, we retain your message and email address for the purpose of responding to your enquiry. We do not add contact addresses to mailing lists or share them with third parties.

Your rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have rights under GDPR and the UK GDPR respectively, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Given the limited data we collect, this primarily applies to contact enquiry correspondence.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@passverdict.com.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

This policy will be updated when new services are added to the site — for example, when display advertising is introduced. The date below reflects when this version was last revised. Continued use of the site after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
